1. The product

PEND is a lifestyle application for considered shopping on iOS and Android. These Terms govern use of the apps and this website. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who we are

PEND is a technology company based in Israel, founded by Liron Shiryon. Contact: pend@lirshir.com.

3. Simulation — not real commerce

PEND does not sell products or process real payments. Built-in catalog items and restaurants are fictional. Checkout, order tracking, and delivery are simulations for reflection — not real commerce. PEND PAY never charges a real card.

4. Local data

Cart, imports, and decisions you create stay on your device unless you export or share them yourself. You are responsible for that content and for any real purchases you make outside the app.

5. Free service and advertising

The app is free to download. Core pause-and-decide features are provided at no charge. The service displays in-app advertisements (Unity LevelPlay, including ironSource and Unity Ads) to support ongoing development.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use PEND to import or store unlawful content, harass others, attempt to interfere with ads or the app, or violate applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

PEND owns the app, branding, and software. You retain rights to content you import. You grant us a limited license only as needed to operate the product on your device (including showing ads through our providers).

8. Privacy

How local data and advertising work is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” Simulated checkout and tracking are for reflection only and do not constitute financial, legal, or shopping advice.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
